Anger is a basic emotion that any organism feels and displays. This emotion comes out during threats, and it often considered to be the “fight” part of the fight-or-flight reaction. Since it is a normal emotion, there is nothing wrong with expressing it. But as with any “nothing wrongs”, there is always a limitation. When anger is left unchecked, it can turn from a mere expression to a passionate display which can leave emotional and physical damage in its wake.
If you think it is difficult to keep yourself from expressing anger, do not worry. It is impossible to not feel anger. What is possible is to hold yourself back from expressing anger and channelling it into doing something productive instead. Anger management activities are never designed to make you let feelings of anger pass or to hold it in for a dramatic outburst – both are damaging and must not be encouraged. Here are a few anger management activities that you can try:
Exercise: There are exercises that can function as downers to keep you calm. Yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and eastern martial arts such as tai-chi are all good physical activities that promote well being. While they do not eliminate anger, you are trained to be calm enough to handle things that upset you in a more appropriate manner. Avoid boxing, wrestling, muay thai, or other exercises or sports that may make you feel like you are more capable of kicking someone’s behind.
Take a hike: This is actually a good advice that became a sarcastic phrase. Taking a walk, a hike, or whatever as long as you move away from the object of anger, can give you a better perspective without lashing out on someone. Keep in mind that this “going away” is not permanent. The goal here is to help you re-evaluate your anger to learn to control it, not to run away from it so you won’t feel anger again, ever.
Talk: Releasing anger is helpful. But if you really have anger issues where you’ll almost need to be restrained, then venting is out of the question. There’s nothing like pouring out your feelings to someone close to you. That “someone” can be a parent, a sibling, a relative, or anyone that can simply listen to you. They don’t have to give you advice. They don’t even have to say anything.
There are a lot more anger management activities to keep your anger levels in check. If you have clear anger management issues, it is of utmost importance that you do not express them as when you give in to that urge, anger replaces conscious thought. Look around the internet for more anger management activities. Until you can find one that suits you best, stay calm.

The psychic realm has always been an intriguing concept. Many are curious about its ways, because too little is spoken about it. In reality, every person is psychic to some extent, however, not everyone is aware of this fact. Each and everyone of us has an innate psychic ability within, just waiting to be discovered. There are many types of psychic abilities. The list includes special gifts like the psychic ability to see beyond time and space, read minds, move objects using only the mind, and many more.
This psychic ability to see things clearly regardless of all the odds is what is called clairvoyance. It is something unique to psychics alone but this may also be found in individuals. Many refer to clairvoyance as the “sixth sense”. There are also some who call this psychic ability as the “third eye”; a figurative illustration to the literal ability to see what is unseen. Also, to some, clairvoyance is referred to as the ESP or extra sensory perception.
Many even refer to clairvoyance as the sixth sense, because a person with this psychic ability seems to have an extra sense on top of the five human senses. There are also some who call this psychic ability as the “third eye”; a figurative illustration to the literal ability to see what is unseen. Also, the clairvoyant psychic ability can also be referred as “remote viewing”, because a person with this gift can see things regardless of time and space.
If you had an experience of geting visions spontaneously about an object, person, location or physical event. Then you might just be a psychic. Involuntary clairvoyance is someone who gets this type of visions and this is one of the type of being a clairvoyant. The other type is the voluntary clairvoyant. Visions or dreams are the wagon by which these informations are revealed to the individual who carries this psychic gift.
The latter, by the name, suggest that a person does not have a control over it. It does not go at will or whenever a psychic would desire. It just occurs spontaneously and for that, it becomes a little stressful for the person who will receive the sight. This type of clairvoyance only occurs with extremely important matters. Understanding these two types of clairvoyance is really helpful especially if you are noticing in yourself (or a friend perhaps) that this psychic ability are manifesting in you.
Being a clairvoyant is a gift like no other and is extremely unique in every aspect. There are no definite explanations to this gift but it is a reality that is most often questioned by people mostly associated with science. Although some are doubtful, others have great faith in the psychic gift of clairvoyance and in psychics. A gift that has stood the test of time and has established its reputation.
Force is the way by which clairvoyance works through. These forces, commonly referred to as energy, is unmeasurable by any device known to man. This may be the other reason why a lot of people question the integrity by which the information was gathered especially if it came from a clairvoyant individual even if the information is concrete and significant.
As you can see, clairvoyance is a powerful psychic gift. Like any other psychic skill, clairvoyance can greatly help many people. When used for greater good, this psychic gift, can do wonders and make the world a better place.

Most all dogs bark sometimes. It is their chief manner of communication but when a dog barks excessively it is annoying for everyone. Some breeds bark more than others but all dogs bark at times.
There are quite a few reasons why a dog will bark. If your dog is bored because he is in the house or the same yard everyday he may start barking for entertainment. Dogs enjoy social stimulation and interacting with others. Try to incorporate more playtimes or go for more walks. This may stop your dog if he is barking excessively because of boredom.
Being overly nervous or scared will also prompt a dog to start barking excessively. Appropriately socialized dogs tend to be calmer and more relaxed around different people and in various situations but a dog that is not used to new things can start barking out of anxiety. Start socializing your dog by taking him to new and different places and into new situations. Offer him praise and rewards when he is quiet and well behaved and soon he will not be so nervous as he will associate the pleasing treat with the situation rather than nervousness.
Dogs often bark to get your attention and this is a great way to communicate. However, if you respond to barking every time you are just teaching your dog to bark more. Attempt to get him to communicate in different ways and reinforce that behavior with praise and treats. He can rub on your leg if he wants to go outside just as easily as he can bark at you!
Sometimes your dog will bark excessively because you have left home and you are not with him. This barking from separation anxiety is disruptive to the neighbors and others so it is smart to try to eliminate it. Start when he is a puppy and put him in a crate when you leave so he can learn to be happy in his own space. Also never make a big issue out of leaving home but rather just sneak out quietly. He may never know that you are gone and if he does he will not be so vocal about it.
Dogs bark to protect the ones that they love. This is usually considered to be a good thing unless your dog is barking excessively to protect you from the mailman (or mail person!) every single day! In that case try to distract your dog with a treat or a game. You can also introduce your dog to the mailman. If he becomes friendly with the people who come by most often then he is less likely to bark excessively. If your dog barks to protect you though, you should be grateful as someday you may find yourself in a circumstance where you need that.
There are many ways to help curb excessive barking. You can consult a professional dog trainer that can give you some tips. Sometimes more socialization and more playtimes will help him to bark less. One thing to keep in mind though is that most often your dog is barking for a reason. Find out what that reason is and then deal with it.
Dogs who only bark at proper times are much less annoying than dogs that bark excessively. Start training your dog away from excessive barking when he is still a pup and when he is all grown up you will know when he barks he has a good reason.

Tucked between Tibet and India in a remote region of the Himalayan Mountains, lies a tiny Buddhist kingdom called Bhutan. Visitors to this spiritually and culturally-rich country will find a simpler way of life that is largely unaltered by Western culture and modern attitudes. Every aspect of life in Bhutanese villages and towns is steeped in the age-old traditions, beliefs, customs and practices of Buddhism, which is the basis of this country’s conservative, traditional way of life.
To this end, the number of tour groups and tourists allowed to visit Bhutan each year is limited. While Bhutanese culture is very conservative and traditional, the warm, friendly Bhutanese people welcome gay tours, just as they would any other guest to their country. Due to the limited tourism allowed, anyone who has the opportunity to travel to this mystical mountain kingdom should take full advantage of experiencing all that the country of Bhutan has to offer.
The LGBT scene in Bhutan is non-existent, meaning that anyone planning a gay vacation to this remote mountain kingdom would certainly not be doing so in hopes of meeting up with a visible community or experiencing an established LGBT culture in this tiny Asian country. This, of course, does not mean that there is no same-gender intimacy in Bhutan; rather, it is a common and accepted part of the culture.
Most of these men are either married to women or are monastic monks and these behaviors are not considered taboo, and do not influence how one identifies. In fact, there are no words to describe sexual orientation in this regions language; sexual expression is simply part of everyday life. A law from over 100 years ago is still on the books that criminalizes same-sex sexual behavior and allows for punishments that include life imprisonment; however, there are no indications that this law has ever been enforced.
Partaking in gay travel in Bhutan is an experience that provides the opportunity to experience a community and culture that has been left relatively untouched by Western culture and offers an ideal environment for spiritual awakening or renewal. Bhutan gay vacations include opportunities to visit Buddhist temples, hike through the Himalayas and explore sacred sites.
To fully enjoy all that Bhutan offers, it is recommended that you plan your gay adventure travel tours to Bhutan very well. This will help to ensure that you are given the opportunity to discover the beauty and spirituality of this magnificent country, while respecting Bhutan’s natural and cultural richness.
Column about Bhutan created by Howie Holben. Spirit Journeys has a great gay holidays list and also presents gay yoga.

For serious dark circles, you should be ready to manage the difficulty correctly. If not, you’ll have to take the result of folk ridiculing your fateful condition. Fundamentally , that problem is due to genetics so if one of the members of your family suffers from this then you may want to think about yourself next in the list if you’re not very careful. Also, this is due to poor nourishment and the absence of sleep. But though you a have to take plenty of effort and time to make sure that you are sleeping correctly and taking correct nutrition, you can treat the issue immediately using makeup!
Basically, for serious dark circles, you’ll need to have moisturizer, opalescent eyeshadow, concealer, flat acrylic brush, eyelash curler, and white highlight pencil.
Here are the steps to follow :
1. You can start the process by dabbing on your favorite moisturizer on the area that needs special attention. Wait until the time it is absorb by the skin so you have to wait until one minute, this will prevent yourself from having a concealer that appears dry and flaky.
2.Be certain to go for a concealer which is less than a 1/2 shade lighter compared with your ordinary skin tone ; grab something in a peach tone to help exterminate darkness. By choosing something that’s too light will only make your dark under eye circles look pallid.
3. Saturate the flat acrylic brush, with your chosen concealer. Put it on the line whereby your nose starts to meet the vexing problem. This is understood to be the crescent area due to its shape.
4. Rest the brush onto the crescent area then you can start to apply the concealer through a patting motion. Be sure though that you don’t wipe or even brush the area to get the best result.
5. For serious dark circles, be certain to curve your higher lashes using an eyelash curler if you need so you may have something that may take the awareness away from the issue. Playing with your lashes can seriously improve the appearance of the difficult area.
6. By this time, you can apply iridescent eye shadow to allow your eyes to appear fresher and to make it more alive.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) was founded in the early 1970’s but is only now becoming part of the mainstream. While mainstream psychotherapy may still question the validity of the methodology behind NLP, devotees sing its praises – hailing it as a truly unique and highly effective approach to behavioral therapy.
By focusing on the idea that we create our own mental disorders and stand in the way of our own success, NLP teaches change from within. Instead of merely trying to sedate the symptoms of a problem, NLP seeks to attack the root cause and find a solution. Not satisfied with just producing temporary results, NLP practitioners hope to deliver long term results for their patients and free them from a wide variety of problems holding the patient back from reaching their full potential.
One of the most revolutionary applications of the NLP method is the treatment of phobias. By recognizing that phobias are likely the result of a negative program buried in the patient’s subconscious, NLP practitioners will uncover that program and replace it with a positive one. In this case, the program likely took root in the form of a traumatic event that either happened to the patient or the patient heard about at a very young age. To correct the phobia, the NLP practitioner must change the patient’s programmed response to a trigger – which, in the case of phobia would be whatever stimuli causes the fearful reaction – to something more positive. This is usually done through anchoring.
With anchoring, the NLP practitioner finds the program – the memory that causes the fearful feelings – and helps the patient anchor it to another, more pleasant stimulus. This can take a bit of work on the parts of both the practitioner and the patient, but by doing this, when the patient is introduced to the trigger – the thing of which they are afraid – the subconscious program no longer causes the patient to react with fear. Although the anchor does not usually create an overly positive reaction, as that would be another sort of inappropriate emotional reaction, the anchor usually provides the patient with a sense of calm. They may still be afraid, but it will be a manageable fear and with practice that fears will be reduced even more.
NLP also promotes a more positive self dialogue. It is perfectly natural to talk to yourself. Everyone does it. The problem is; most people use this important inner dialogue to reinforce a negative self image. It is extremely difficult to achieve a goal, or even work up the courage to pursue that goal, if you are constantly telling yourself you will fail. NLP teaches you how to foster a more healthy self-image and back that up with positive self dialogue.

My Ex Wants To Get Back With Me- How?
If your ex is showing you a little bit of interest, or seems more interested in going out and spending time with you than before, or if you notice signs that your ex is trying to flirt with you, then it’s okay to be a little hopeful but you need to avoid jumping the gun. Are you asking yourself “does my ex want to get back with me”?
These are definitely very common signs that your ex is interested in getting you back. But even if you want to get back with your ex, you should not simply jump into things. The best way to play things is to play hard to get (in moderation), which is probably what your ex will best respond to anyway. If you simply jump into things full force, then you may find your ex pushing you back again. In fact, if your ex is giving indications that he or she wants you back, then the odds are, it was you playing hard to get that led to the renewed interest in the first place.
This is especially true following a relationship of a year or longer. Usually when you break up with your ex, or he or she breaks up with you, there is a natural level of missing one another, or longing to get back together. It is very natural to feel the gap after a break up, it is in our DNA we are human beings with feelings. Your ex is probably going to miss you no matter what, because of how many memories were shared together during this period of time. But there are other emotions that come into play including past regrets.
You have to be cautious that your ex is not playing games with you. Sometimes when an ex shows interest again following a break up however, it is only a game. Here your ex want to see if you till love him/her without actually intending to get you back. So unless your ex shows genuine signs of interest interested in spending time with you, they may just be passing the time because they have no other prospects on the horizon. This is why is very important not to jump to quickly back into the relationship and why you should focus on reading the genuine signs before you act on it.
This is common, and a lot of people find themselves wondering “does my ex want to get back with me?” the truth of the matter is you not sure. Here is where playing hard to get comes into play and it can real prevent you from getting hurt if your ex is not really serious about getting back with you. You want to be sure if your ex’s feelings about you are genuine and not the fact that he wants more revenge and hurt you some more.
The Magic of Making Up by T.W. (T Dub) Jackson is the absolute best solution to get your ex back, and it works. His advice is perfect, and I know from past experience that everything he tells you is completely true. Check his book “The Magic Of Making Up here”.

Looking to get inspired? Then travel. It is the perfect way to give yourself a little boost, regardless whether you are at a high point in life or feeling a bit low. The thing is the new perspective – the proverbial “can’t see the forest for the trees” – you don’t have to be a freelancer to benefit some big picture thinking. So let’s talk about a few reasons why you should get inspired by travel.
The benefits of travel include improvement to your emotional health and well being. I won’t claim to tell you exactly how your brain works (not many people can), but we all know how good we feel when we get away from the hustle and bustle of our own lives to experience something new. Trigger some different emotions, experience some difference senses, and you’ll feel inspired and see the benefits right away.
Travel can benefit you physically too. No matter if you’re a marathon runner or if you sit at a desk all day, you’ll both benefit from travel. Why? Because it’s something different. Taking yourself out of that day in and day out exertion you give yourself and do something new to you for a change. Many holidays translate into lots of walking, and even if you’re lounging on the beach, isn’t it amazing what a good breath of fresh air will do?
Terrified by travel or have another reason why you think you can’t get inspired on the road? That’s ok, but let’s make sure that you understand the real reason. If you know the real reason, you can address it. Don’t want to fly? Take the train. Or maybe a cruise? It’s ok to be scared about travel (or about being inspired, I suppose) but what is not ok is to just stay there and be scared. Face your fears, even if it’s just baby steps.
Keep your eye on your travel goals. Update your calendar for a regular reminder to think about your travel plans. One of the things I like to do is to change my desktop’s image with some fun wallpaper. Each time you come back to your desk after a break or from lunch, you can see that inspiring image looking back at you. Pretty soon you’ll be jumping to get on that plane.

Stress is a very common problem that affects everyone. While men are usually the gender set as the example of a stressed out employee, women get stressed out as well. In fact, women experience double the amount of stressors. While stress is often put in a bad light, it is actually the reason we improve as human beings. Stress gets us to work harder and perform over our limits to overcome our obstacles and turn them into something very manageable the next time we encounter them.
Stress is clearly unavoidable and we have no control over these things that causes us stress, but we definitely have control over how we react to these stressors that come in our daily life. As a matter of fact we are the one who make these stressors cause us to break down because of the negative ways we deal with these pressures, such as indulging ourselves to food, alcohol, smoking, and even drugs.
One good way of reducing stress levels is having a healthy lifestyle. When experiencing stress, what you need to do is identify the root cause of your stress and work towards eliminating that cause. Most of the time the way you live your life gives you the stressful circumstances. Even if you can’t completely eliminate it, you can at least minimize it. Here are some of the most effective stress reducers that women can take note of:
Taking a good rest by sleeping a full 8 hours and have time management plan so that we can cut down our responsibilities and not overwork ourselves to death. Having a time management plan can help you know all the tasks that you need to accomplish for the day and you can avoid overwhelming tasks and eliminate other task that you think you are not capable of doing. You can make some time for yourself in between tasks to help your mind and body relax for even just a few minutes.
A healthy lifestyle also means you have to eat right. Eat healthy foods and exercise regularly. A healthy practice boosts your immunity and offsets the effects of stress.
Don’t let stress run your career. Having a healthy lifestyle can be the best way to manage stress in your life, especially for women who have no time to do any relaxation techniques due to responsibilities both at work and at home. If you want to know about other stress reducers for women, check the internet and you’ll be surprised as to the number of way and means that you will be able to alleviate your stress.
