One of my great friends once said “There are two important days in your life, one is the day you were born and the second is the day you Find Your Why”. Have you found your why? you need to ask yourself this question seriously. You had no say really on the day you were born. There was no decision you had to make to be born. You do have a decision to “Find Your Why” because you are a miracle of God and because of that you can make the decision to succeed and achieve your why in life.
Take a look around. You know when someone has found their WHY in life, because they know exactly where they are going and what their ultimate mission is. They are the people who striving forward even when it is cloudy or cold outside, because the outside factors do not determine their inside WHY!
As soon as you “Find Your WHY”, you will become a completely empowered person going in a constant direction each day — UPWARD! Will it be easy? No. People and things will stand in the way of you achieving your WHY. That’s why I am a true believer in “Brainwashing”. We all participate in “Body Washing” everyday, but so few people spend the same amount of time cleaning their brain from all the negative “Non-Why” people and things in the world.
The physical dirt you wash off your body is easier to clean then the garbage that builds up in our brains. Wash your brain with positive material on a daily basis so you can stay on track and achieve you why in life.
As a daily reminder get your birth certificate and your Why card and put it in a place that you can them each day. This will remind you of the two most important days of your life.

A successful and thriving relationship possesses a number of features examples of which are company, an air of growth and adventure as well. However, despite the many heights of joy which a couple can experience and enjoy in a relationship (i.e. interpersonal ideas and values), a relationship can also be negatively harmed by some issues.
Though there is a significant amount of social restraint involving the topic of sex, it is typically a central area of most relationship, whether casual or serious, and experiencing sexual problems in the bedroom can quickly lead to the manifestation of resulting thoughts and feelings in other areas of life. For many partners, seeking the services of a sex therapist is a logical and extremely effective way of overcoming sexual issues within their relationships.
With the use of sex therapy techniques, couples are able to improve individual parts of their relationship. There may be problems with feeling nervous or worried about intimacy, or one or both partners may be unable to get aroused or be faced with incidences of erectile dysfunction or poor libido.
Regardless of what the problem might be, a sex therapist will be able to address this problem by revealing what the underlying problem is. Sexual therapists are trained in the subject of psychology and provide valuable insight in the area of a couple’s sex life thanks to their enormous experience in psychotherapy.
Many couples assume that the use of sex therapy to be a challenging prospect. Challenging relationship issues by tackling them head-on is an alternative that generally has a large probability of ending to the couple’s advantage; however this can be a trying process.
As a result of many reasons, this reluctance is often caused by peoples’ disinclination to discuss affairs about their sex life and their satisfaction or dissatisfaction on the subject. However, by staying focused on the program and keeping their intended goals are honest, a couple can enjoy an improved quality in their relationship.

We all live our specific patterns in life. We get up at approximately the same time, sleep in the same spot on the bed, go to sleep and get up at just about the same time, eat the same basic meals, drink out of the same cup, and on and on the patterns go.
The patterns and stress are very similar, even though some situations are different. We also live with patterns that may produce the confusion in our lives. For example, a person who has money problems lives a life pattern of money problems.
People need to change their patterns if they want something different to occur in life. Outcomes of our lives are based upon the results of our patterns.
Although life, finances, health, and relationships may seem to be completely out of your control, in reality, your patterns will predetermine what you can expect.
If someone wants to improve their finances, the individual needs to change the money pattern from producing financial strain to producing financial abundance.
If an individual would like to improve their health, this person needs to change the health pattern from producing dis-ease to producing vibrancy and health.
If someone has the desire to improve or start a relationship, this person needs to change the love pattern from producing self centered love to producing harmony with another.
What patterns are you producing in life? Are these patterns in line with what you want or are they producing more of what you don’t want? As I mentioned, most people want one thing but they are living their lives with contradicting patterns to their desire.
You will want to identify what you want and then change your patterns to align with your desire.
You will be amazed at how quickly your desires will manifest when you make the necessary corrections to our life patterns.
If you don’t change the way you’re doing things, you’ll only produce more of what you already got up to this point in life. That is the “secret” that any successful person will gladly share with you.
We know that change is not comfortable. Many people live in a pattern of misery instead of making the necessary changes to create the life of their dreams.
When we want to change something, it takes self discipline. To say, “I am no longer living my life or handling my personal matters that way” is self discipline. This is what many people are seeking, but avoid implementing. They avoid the implementation process of change by only reading books, attending seminars, and make good intentions.
Here’s a good exercise to sink this point deep into your Mental Coding. Answer the following:
1. Are you willing to “pay the price” and make these life pattern changes?
2. What changes would be required of you to make this happen?
3. What do you want in life right now?
4. When will you make these changes? Be realistic and honest with yourself here. Make this statement only if you are willing to back it up once-and-for-all.
The famous German actor, Stefan Rudolph say it perfectly when he made the following statement: “Once failure leads to change….change will then lead toward success.”
As you change, refuse to look at your changes as losing anything. Human beings never like to lose anything. Instead, concentrate on what you’re gaining. A person who goes on a diet to lose weight has a much harder struggle than a person who changes patterns to gain better health.
Now you’re one step closer to upgrading your life to the next level.
Sincerely,
Dr. Michael J. Duckett

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a form of psychotherapy that seeks to help patients have a better understanding of themselves and change negative thought patterns that lead to negative behaviors. Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP, operates around the core principal that every person has subconscious programming in their mind that causes the person to react to certain stimulus in certain ways. By changing this programming, NLP practitioners believe they are able to turn negative reactions to positive ones. All it takes is a change in perspective.
NLP practitioners don’t try to treat the symptoms of the surface of negative behaviors or mental disorders, but rather find the root cause of the problem and remedy that. NLP practitioners listen carefully to what patients say to identify any subconscious clues the patient is giving as to the true nature of the problem. NLP practitioners ask targeted questions so not to allow the patient to use deletion or omission when answering questions. By doing this, NLP practitioners are better able to explore the patient’s subconscious and identify problems.
The major focus of NLP is to help people have a greater self-awareness and understand that most of the limitations they see as being part of their life are in actuality only a matter of perception. By eliminating self-defeating, self-limiting and negative thoughts, NLP can open the mind to see the bigger picture. By promoting healthy inner dialogue NLP can help you realize that the biggest problem with trying to reach a goal is telling yourself that you can’t.
NLP also arms you with the tools you need to more effectively communicate. This is a great asset to anyone in a field that requires they deal with the public on a regular basis. By learning how to read people – one of the fundamental teachings of NLP – you are better able to judge whether or not the person you are speaking to is not just hearing your words, but understands the meaning behind them. NLP also teaches you how to adjust your posture, body language and tone of voice to better fit the situation you’re in. By adjusting these things to match the person you’re conversing with, you create a sort of connection that helps them not only understand you better but also helps make them feel you are understanding them as well.
NLP can also be used to help a wide variety of mental disorders such as habit disorders, learning disabilities, phobias and even depression. Teachers are employing the methodology behind NLP to help their students feel more confident and overcome learning disabilities.
Over NLP teaches several effective ways to prove just about every aspect of your life and help you live your life to the fullest.
Understand today how you can learn NLP and how NLP can help you boost your life and improve what you need to fix in your career thanks to NLP and general mastering NLP tecniques.

There are a lot of foreclosed homes that people can look at, in terms of investing in property with a view to making profits. At the end of the day, it is well known that if you want lasting financial security, investing in real estate is very sound and makes immense sense.
There are a lot of people who are influenced by the fact that foreclosed property is highlighted in the media as being quite profitable. Properties that are being foreclosed on or are being auctioned can be varied in size, type and also location. Given the prevalent market and economic situation, the foreclosure market has got quite heated and is also becoming quite a phenomenon, presenting many opportunities for profit and gains to savvy investors. Those who bid for auctioned property should be clear not to be carried away and bid more than they can afford. They should also ensure that they hold on to a budget strictly to maximize gains.
The key to making a killing in real estate is to be able to buy a property at a price that is much lower than what it is worth and then not only selling it higher, but also perhaps weighing the rental option too. Many people also get good deals through the bank foreclosure routes, where apartments, condos, houses and other real estate can be bought at a price that is well below the going market rate. In a property that is being auctioned, you do not have the option to inspect the property, and when you get what is a cheap price, you may have to factor in some higher costs in terms of repair and maintenance too.
Dealing with banks on property has its own set of hassles. Banks are known to be quite unresponsive, and make you work much harder, including not taking calls and perhaps making you wait too long after the offer has been made. As banks cut their commissions, the agents of the buyer may lose out on money, which means the agents have to really slug it out to get deals for clients.
Bank auctions and government auctions both present a great opportunity for you to buy cheap foreclosed properties because neither the bank nor the government want to own these investment properties, they just want to recover their lost financing. That’s the reason we currently see a lot of foreclosed home auctions nationwide. Bank foreclosures must be purchased from a bank through the bank foreclosure REO department. Banks want to recoup the money they are owed and as a result, the discount is often small.
Remember foreclosures listings are private real estate sales between the bank or mortgage lender and you, so there may be additional flexibility in both price and financing terms. Foreclosure sales begin with a minimum bid that includes the loan balance, any accrued interest, plus attorney’s fees and any costs association with the foreclosure process. In order to bid at a foreclosure auction, you generally must have a check in your hand (or readily available) for the full amount of your bid.
There are a large number of websites which you can use to find foreclosure listings for every city and state. Some of these websites specifically and exclusively deal with foreclosure listings only.

Long gone are the days when the Donna Reeds of the world spent their days at home slaving away over a hot stove and maintaining a pristine house behind white picket fences. Today, millions of mothers across the globe are trading in their aprons for power suits, making time management increasingly difficult.
Here are 3 time management strategies practiced by the most successful working moms:
1. Make a plan that fits you and your family. Include your own 3 top “to do” priorities, and add the same for each family member. Assign a color to each family member, and use colored highlighters or stickers to let them instantly focus on their tasks alone. (Be sure to include details such as who, when, where, how long.) Repeat this color coded data on a highly visible calendar. And for yourself, try using two colors – one for personal, one for business. Not only will you end up being much more organized – your family will benefit and fit into the new plan, too!
2. Start your plan immediately! It doesn’t matter whether your plan is on paper, or you’ve used your computer and spreadsheet or mind-mapping software, the important thing is to put it in motion, and make sure you can access it all the time, no matter where you are. (Mobile devices are super-helpful in aiding you to accomplish this.)
3. Try out software and read books on time management. Finding the right time tool that works for you is a key part of organizing, not just your work, but your life and family. Investing a little time in them now may save you more than you’ll ever realize, in the future!
You may only pick out two or three tips or techniques from each book – but if they work for you from now on, they’re worth every moment you invested!
In addition, time management software can be extremely helpful in organizing your life. There are multiple time management software solutions available, some built for large corporations and some for more personal use. But regardless of the time management software you choose, it will prove to be a great tool that you can apply to both your personal and professional life.
4. Investigate time management training programs. Books and software can only take you so far, and as both a working professional and a mother, it could be one of the best investments you’ve ever made. Even if you choose a time management course that is focused on your professional life, you’ll easily find it carries over and can be applied to all aspects.
It’s all about organization. Make a plan that works for you, make it easy to access that plan and invest in time management books, time management software and time management training to make sure you are on top of all of the best time management secrets out there.
After all, you may choose not to wear a checkered apron, but you just might end up with time again to bake that apple pie!

No matter how intelligent you are, there is another way to predetermine your success and happiness you are experiencing in life.
It also does not matter just how gifted you are. There is another way to predetermine the happiness and success you are experiencing in life.
There is one main thing which will override anything else in life in your life. This One thing will predetermine what you may expect for all outcomes in your life.
You may be asking what that one thing is. It is the most important thing a person can work on to improve their life. It is the Emotional Quotient-EQ.
About twenty years ago, Social Scientists were researching the elements that made some people more successful than others. Although the researchers looked at many different aspects of successful individuals, they started with Intelligent Quotients (IQs). Quickly they found individuals with very low IQs, who were successful financially, as well as with their relationships, and off the chart in regards to happiness. Obviously, IQs were not a predetermining factor. Neither were the numerous other factors they studied and compared in successful individuals.
These scientists discovered and named, as time went on, what they determined to be essential for happiness and success-the Emotional Quotient (EQ).
The explanation for how EQ works is how a person handles emotions on a regular basis. The better life that individual possesses is because the person handles emotions better.
The Mental Codes discovery I made a few years ago has helped people to understand more about the relationship between what emotions they experience and the effect they have on life.
I have mentioned many times in the past that people are addicted to their negative emotions. They actually crave negative emotions and will reinforce them in many ways. i.e. They watch the news, focus on negative events in life, talk negatively about people and things, etc.
What I have suggested in past articles is that you begin paying attention to your inner thoughts throughout the day. Notice if your inner thinking is in line with the life you desire. Or, perhaps your regular thoughts are counter productive to what you want.
On this day, I would like to take you on another journey into your mind. I want you to discover one of the most limiting factors with your thinking. Now that you have identified some Mental Codes that are keeping you stuck in life, it is time for you to ask yourself a simple but powerful question.
Why do you want to feel that way?
I know at first you may declare, “I don’t want to feel that way but I can’t help it.” The truth is, the only thing we do have control over in life is our thinking and since our thoughts create our emotions, and our emotions create our actions, and our actions create our habits, and our habits (good or bad) determine our success or failure. So you can see why it is important to control what we choose to think about most of the time. As a matter of fact, what we choose to think about will determine the rest of your life.
Thank goodness you can ask yourself the above question and give an honest answer to start upgrading your life to the next level. Everyone wants to feel the way they do for some reason. To discover the reason why you want to feel that way is the first step in accelerating your life into greater success.
As you begin to change your thoughts, you are allowing yourself to think (or, not to think) differently emotionally. As you change your emotions, you change your life.
Sincerely,
Dr. Michael J. Duckett

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) has been around since the early 1970s but was never really accepted by mainstream psychotherapy as there seemed to be little evidence to back up its philosophies. While little has changed in that regard, more and more, NLP is gaining popularity in the boardrooms and offices of today’s high-powered business executives. The reason for this is obvious. Business is a tough game and it’s incredibly competitive. A professional needs to take advantage of anything they can – and NLP teaches them exactly how to do that.
Every one of us has been programmed with certain subconscious programs constantly running in the background of our conscious thought. These programs are formed by our beliefs and our experiences and they are almost always negative. These programs tell us we can’t. They tell us we shouldn’t try. They tell us that we’re not good enough. These programs stand in our way of achieving our true potential and hold us back from pursuing opportunities that may well be within our grasp. NLP helps change these programs and remove the things standing in the way of real success.
Beyond helping open our eyes to our true potential, NLP helps us foster a more positive self image. With a more positive self image we are more confident and self assured. The benefit of this, of course, is that we are more willing to take risks and are more able to convince others we are worth taking a risk on.
NLP also teaches how to more efficiently communicate with others. By teaching us how to read other people we are able to tell if they are hearing our words and body language the way we are intending it. NLP also arms us with the ability adapt our speech and our body language so we can be more persuasive and more easily understood. With this new found adaptability, if we are getting a negative reaction in a particular situation, we can adjust out behavior to achieve a more positive understanding.
For all of those reasons, NLP can be an invaluable tool for those in the highly competitive world of business. One of the fundamentals of NLP methodology is the ability to adjust our body language, tone of voice and posture to match that of the person we are talking to. By making these adjustments, the other person feels you are more relatable – there is a connection formed. Imagine how useful that would be in a business meeting!
For the business professional, the application of NLP is an essential tool that can be used to advance faster and get that promotion or close that deal you’ve been striving for.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the darling theory of life couches and self help gurus everywhere, but is it really as good as it sounds? To mainstream psychotherapy, the answer to that question is a resounding no. To NLP practitioners and many of their patients, the answer is quite the opposite. So what is the truth? Perhaps the truth lies somewhere in the middle.
The core of NLP is that we are responsible for our own bad behavior even if we’re not consciously aware of it. NLP practitioners insist the source of most of our hang ups and psychological problems is hiding in our own minds – subconscious programs that dictate how we feel and react to certain triggers. These programs are believed to be responsible for everything from phobias to depression. NLP practitioners insist by actively listening to a patient’s responses to targeted questions and asking further follow up questions and listening to those responses they will eventually be able to pinpoint the trigger for the negative response. By pinpointing the trigger the practitioner is then able to help the patient change the way they react to that trigger and change the way the patient behaves in response.
It’s a fascinating theory but the problem mainstream therapy seems to have with this particular theory is that there is little hard evidence to back it up. Studies have shown it appears to be effective, but many claim these studies have been flawed and therefore shouldn’t be counted. That doesn’t stop NLP practitioners from implementing the ideology behind NLP when treating patients and the results seem to be overwhelmingly positive.
NLP has become particularly popular in the self-help movement because change isn’t dependant on a therapist or medication, but instead change with NLP is accomplished by the patients themselves. They are taught to identify self-defeating thoughts and self-imposed limitations to further themselves and live their life to the fullest – recognizing and utilizing their full potential. The lack of medication is a particularly appealing idea as many self-help professionals believe as a culture, we are entirely over medicated.
Perhaps this has more to do with why mainstream psychotherapy looks down its nose at NLP and NLP practitioners. Many mainstream psychotherapists push medication on their patients because its much easier to medicate the symptoms than it is to cure the problem. This is not, of course, true in all cases, but sadly, in today’s society, the majority is the rule.
Curious about what exactly is NLP courses? Well, NLP can make the difference for you… learn NLP is not only easy, it can actually chance your life.

It’s the method of psychotherapy no one seems to be able to agree on. Neuro-Linguistic Programming, or NLP as it is more commonly known, is controversial mainly for a lack of evidence to support its claim – unless of course you speak to a patient who says their life has been changed for the better by NLP. Finding those patients is not nearly as difficult as it used to be. For that reason alone this method is becoming more popular with life coaches, teachers, business managers, hypnotherapists and those in the self-help industry. But does it work? The answer to that question really depends on who you ask.
Mainstream psychotherapists point to faulty research and improperly executed test subject studies as proof that NLP doesn’t work. They claim the answer to mental disorders can not be as simple as changing the way you think about the problem. For many years, psychotherapists have built their businesses on convincing people of that and using medications to treat the symptoms of these disorders instead of trying to cure the root of the problem. This actually leads us to the most significant disadvantage of NLP.
There are mental illnesses that are in fact caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain and these illnesses do require medication. If untreated, these illnesses can cause dangerous, erratic behavior that poses a risk to both the patient and those around the patient. The danger of NLP is that sometimes these illnesses are not recognized and instead diagnosed as something less severe. In these cases, something seeking treatment with NLP may not receive the care they need.
That said, patients suffering from many common mental disorders such as phobias, learning disabilities, shyness, depression, habit disorders and psychosomatic illnesses can benefit significantly from the methodology behind NLP. The proof that mainstream psychotherapy seeks lies with those that have changed their lives by utilizing the principals behind NLP.
All one really needs to consider when analyzing the potential effects of NLP is the logic behind it. It is obvious that most people with phobias, for example, got that phobia from somewhere. It didn’t just occur to them one day that when confronted with a snake or a spider they should break into hysterics and have a full blown panic attack. That phobia is rooted in something. It could be a bad experience that happened to either the patient or someone in the patient’s immediate family. It could also be that nothing actually happened to the patient or their family, but could rather be that one of the patient’s parents had the same phobia and it was instilled in the patient. No matter what the cause, NLP seeks to find that original cause – the reason behind the fear – and help the patient deal with it.
