Our fondness on everything instant gives us so much more than what the body necessitates. Our system cannot tackle the wastes and thus maintains high amounts of surplus residues. This is very toxic to a woman’s intimacy.
I was guilt-ridden of all these and decided to completely put a finish to it once and for all. What I did was to consume a healthy balance of carbohydrates for energy, a healthy dose of fruits and vegetable soups on evenings and a bi-weekly run at the local park. It couldn’t get any easier!
